For Jewelry Orders

After the payment is completed, the jewelry production process begins.
Each piece is crafted by outstanding master goldsmiths who work exclusively with AGiiST & Co. The production involves handcrafted techniques and meticulous workmanship, therefore the lead time may vary depending on current workshop workload.

Once production has started, we will send detailed information via email regarding the expected completion timeframe—based on confirmation from the master craftsman responsible for your piece.

For orders intended for special occasions, we recommend placing the order at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure timely completion and delivery.

For Timepiece Orders

For luxury timepieces, processing and shipping are typically faster as these items are not custom-made.
After the payment is received, we will send a detailed email with the expected dispatch and delivery timing. Our customer service team is also available by phone, and upon request, we can contact you directly to ensure quick and smooth communication.

Delivery time: 4–21 business days
In case of delays, we will notify you.
